1. No Refunds Except for Wrong Color We do not offer refunds on our human hair extensions except in the case of receiving the wrong color. All sales are final. Please make sure to carefully select the correct color before making your purchase.

2. Wrong Color If you receive the wrong color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require proof of purchase and photos of the product to verify the error. Once we confirm the mistake, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

3. Exchange for Wrong Color If you receive the wrong color, we will exchange the product for the correct color at no additional charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping the correct product to you.

4. Non-Refundable Items We do not accept refunds for any reason other than receiving the wrong color. We do not accept returns for any reason other than the wrong color.
